Deena Engineering designs and manufactures Disc Type Quick Release Towing Hooks which are common used on Tugs and AHV’s.
The hooks are designed with a counter balance disc ensuring the disc returns to the original position on releasing the tow line and dissipates the energy from the two line.
Our Tow Hooks are designed to be release whilst under full load, both locally with a maximum effort of 16 kg or remotely through a pneumatically actuated cylinder. The release mechanism can be executed from the wheel house through a push button or a wire.
Our Tow Hooks are also available with a Load Monitoring System
